The Pittsburgh Steelers intend to offer multi-year contract extensions to several members of their 2023 draft class this offseason. If successful, the moves would mark the first such class achievement in 15 years.
The team last achieved multiple extensions from one draft class with the 2011 group. That class produced Cam Heyward, who has signed four extensions, along with Marcus Gilbert and Cortez Allen on long-term deals. Since then, the Steelers have extended only seven individual draft picks, none from the same class, including players such as T.J. Watt and Pat Freiermuth.
