Summer Walker releases two deluxe editions of Finally Over It

R&B artist Summer Walker has expanded her latest album Finally Over It with two new deluxe editions, continuing its wedding-themed rollout. The releases aim to boost streaming and sales amid a competitive Billboard 200 chart race. Cocktail Hour is an Apple/iTunes exclusive, while The Afterparty is available on all DSPs.

Album Background

Summer Walker's Finally Over It arrived on November 12, 2025, marking four years since her previous album Still Over It, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 166,000 units. The original 18-track release features collaborations with Chris Brown, 21 Savage, Doja Cat, and Teddy Swims, building on the success of her earlier work like Over It and the Hot 100 hit 'Ex for a Reason.' Without a major new single, the album relies on strong streaming and physical sales, including four vinyl editions and CD boxed sets with branded clothing.

Deluxe Edition Details

On November 18, Walker dropped two deluxe versions to enhance the album's chart performance. Finally Over It (Cocktail Hour), exclusive to Apple/iTunes for streaming and download, adds five audio bonus tracks: an unreleased live version of 'Session 32' from her Breezy Bowl tour in Vegas, a new track 'Session 34,' a breakdown of her three 'Session' songs, and the video for 'Go Girl.'

Finally Over It (The Afterparty), available on all digital service providers (DSPs), includes three new tracks: previous vinyl exclusives 'Take Me Out This Club' and 'Drown In My Love' featuring Foggie Raw now on streaming, plus a solo version of '1-800 Heartbreak'—originally featuring Anderson .Paak.

Chart Context

Tracks from Finally Over It topped Apple Music's real-time charts upon release but had muted Spotify presence, with no songs in the top 200 by November 18. These deluxes, alongside physical variants, position the album to contend for a top-five debut on the Billboard 200 dated November 29, behind leaders like Taylor Swift, though matching Still Over It's numbers may prove challenging.
