Sydney Sweeney dismissed claims of rifts within the Euphoria cast. She told Vanity Fair that social media and the press have “spun things” far beyond reality, noting the group grew up together on the HBO drama. The actress clarified that scheduling conflicts did not delay production. “All of us were in first position, so it wasn't like any of our schedules were holding it up,” she said. Sweeney also rejected political labels like “MAGA Barbie.” She stated she has “never been here to talk about politics” and wants to focus on making art. On her character's OnlyFans storyline in season three, Sweeney confirmed she pushed for full nudity to portray Cassie Howard authentically. Creator Sam Levinson recalled her saying, “Are you kidding? I’m playing an OnlyFans model.”
