The Wu-Tang Clan will perform at halftime during Game Four of the NBA Finals between the New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs. The game takes place Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden.
A source told Rolling Stone that the group has a guaranteed performance slot for the contest. Page Six first reported the news. Tip-off is set for 8:30 p.m. ET. The Knicks lead the series two games to one after the Spurs won Game Three. Cardi B performed at the previous game. The Wu-Tang Clan are currently on their farewell tour titled Wu-Tang: The Final Chamber. The group has ties to the Knicks franchise dating back several years. Members have not performed together at a Knicks game before, though Method Man has appeared solo. The full lineup last played Madison Square Garden in July.
