Cuadernos Case

The Federal Court of Criminal Cassation has requested to speed up the trial in the Cuadernos case and hold in-person hearings. It cited the judges of the Federal Oral Tribunal 7 to define a scheme for greater speed. The case, which exposed a bribery scheme in public works, remains without clear resolutions.
