Transport Accident

A local train heading from Hiratsuka to Koga collided with a car at a level crossing on the JR Utsunomiya Line in Shiraoka, Saitama Prefecture, causing part of the train to derail. A person was trapped inside the car, with local police conducting rescue operations. The incident led to a suspension of services in both directions between Tokyo and Utsunomiya Stations.
