Wrist Sprain

Boston Red Sox prospect Roman Anthony is listed as day to day after an MRI revealed a sprain in his right wrist with no structural damage. The 21-year-old tweaked the wrist during Monday's game against the Detroit Tigers. He is eligible to return as early as Thursday against the Rays.
