In film categories, 'One Battle After Another,' a Warner Bros. action epic directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, secured a history-making seven nominations, the most in the ceremony's history. These include bids for outstanding cast in a motion picture, stunt ensemble in a motion picture, and individual acting for Leonardo DiCaprio in a leading role, Chase Infiniti in a leading role, Benicio del Toro in a supporting role, Sean Penn in a supporting role, and Teyana Taylor in a supporting role. Warner Bros. led all studios with 12 nominations across four titles. Ryan Coogler's 'Sinners' followed with five nominations, earning nods for cast ensemble, stunt ensemble, Michael B. Other film nominees include 'Frankenstein' for cast ensemble and Jacob Elordi in a supporting role; 'Hamnet' for cast ensemble, Jessie Buckley in a leading role, and Paul Mescal in a supporting role; 'Marty Supreme' for cast ensemble and Odessa A'zion in a supporting role; and 'Bugonia' for Ethan Hawke in a leading role and Emma Stone in a leading role. Notable acting nominations in drama series feature Walton Goggins and Parker Posey for 'The White Lotus,' Britt Lower for 'Severance,' and Keri Russell for 'The Diplomat.' In comedy, Jenna Ortega for 'Wednesday' and Jean Smart for 'Hacks' were recognized.
