Indonesian climber Antasyafi Robby Al Hilmi earned silver in the men's speed event at the World Climbing Series Madrid 2026 in Alcobendas, Spain, early Monday WIB.
In the gold medal match, Robby recorded a time of 4.81 seconds. That mark was slightly slower than his opponent from China, Shuhong Chu, who posted 4.75 seconds.
Robby opened the final rounds with a 4.91-second run to defeat Ziyu Zhou in the round of 16. In the quarterfinals, he clocked 5.27 seconds to beat Michael Hom. In the semifinals, Robby posted 4.72 seconds, just 0.06 seconds behind Zach Hammer.
Robby was Indonesia's sole medalist at the series. Veddriq Leonardo exited in the round of 16, while Raharjati Nursamsa and Aditya Tri Syahria did not reach the final.
