The makeover includes a modern expanded room with a drum set on a portable stage, a workstation with built-in storage, lounge furniture, a paver patio, wood-slat succulent wall, and fire pit.
Subsequent episodes include a contemporary kitchen with a connected family room and flex space for a homeschool family, as well as an overhaul of a century-old Craftsman home with structural fixes and character-preserving updates.
