Citizen Sleeper games coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on 25 June

Creator Gareth Damian Martin announced that Citizen Sleeper and its sequel will release on Nintendo Switch 2 later this month. Owners of the existing Switch versions can upgrade for free.

The announcement came during the Story-Rich Showcase. Martin stated that both games will arrive on the new console on 25 June. He added that existing owners will receive a free upgrade to the Switch 2 editions on the same date. The original Citizen Sleeper launched in 2022 and its sequel, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, followed in 2025. Martin also noted he will appear at the PC Gaming Show on 7 June to premiere a new project.
