Influencer Deolane Bezerra had her preventive detention upheld after a virtual custody hearing held on Thursday afternoon (5/21) by the Osasco Guarantees Court in São Paulo. The São Paulo Court of Justice confirmed no irregularities were identified in the execution of the arrest warrant. She will be transferred to the Tupi Paulista Women's Prison.
Deolane Bezerra left the Police Palace under escort and, when questioned by journalists, stated: “Justice will be done.” When asked about alleged money laundering for Marcola, she replied “Working” before entering the police car.
The Civil Police operation seized four vehicles linked to her, valued at more than R$ 8 million, including models such as the Cadillac Escalade and Mercedes-Benz AMG G63. In total, six preventive arrests were ordered, in addition to the blocking of amounts exceeding R$ 327 million and the seizure of 17 vehicles and four properties.
Investigations indicate that Deolane was part of a money laundering scheme allegedly linked to the PCC through a cargo transport company. Lawyer Rogério Nunes said he would await further details before commenting. Sister Daniele Bezerra stated that the accusations are based on false narratives.
