Diana Marcela Rincón Andrade assumes position as labor judge in Neiva

Diana Marcela Rincón Andrade took possession as Fourth Labor Judge of the Neiva Circuit in the office of Mayor Germán Casagua Bonilla.

The ceremony took place on June 15, 2026. Rincón Andrade took the oath before Neiva Mayor Germán Casagua Bonilla.

The new judge was accompanied by her family, including her husband Nicolás Celis Ortiz and daughter María Isabel Celis Rincón. Friends and loved ones expressed their support during the event.
