Five members of BAE173 have officially left PocketDol Studio after their contracts expired at the end of June. The agency confirmed the split on July 14 following discussions that honored the idols' wishes to move on. This leaves just one original member still signed under the label.
According to a source close to the agency, PocketDol Studio dropped the news on July 14 that Yoojun, Muzin, Junseo, Youngseo, and Bit's exclusive contracts wrapped on June 30, 2026. The statement made it clear both sides agreed to go their separate ways so the members can chase new opportunities.
The tea is piping hot in stan circles as this marks another chapter in BAE173's ongoing shakeup. Hangyul already exited back in February while Doha secured a court injunction in April to pause his contract. J-Min remains the sole member still tied to PocketDol Studio and is currently promoting with CLOSE YOUR EYES.
Fans are sending love to the five departing members as they step into their next eras. The agency thanked supporters for their unwavering loyalty throughout the group's run.
