Rain delayed the IPL 2026 Match 16 between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Guwahati on April 10, but RR won the toss and chose to bowl first. RCB raced to 58 for 2 in 4.4 overs before Ravi Bishnoi bowled Virat Kohli for 32 off 16 balls, including seven fours.
Kohli's innings ended in the fifth over when Bishnoi's straight delivery crashed into the stumps. RCB slumped to 94 for 6 but recovered to 201 for 8, thanks to Rajat Patidar's 63. This marked Bishnoi's second IPL dismissal of Kohli.
In reply, 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi stole the show for RR. He hammered Josh Hazlewood for 4,4,4,6 off the first four balls faced and also dominated Bhuvneshwar Kumar, reaching a 15-ball fifty en route to 78. Dhruv Jurel's unbeaten 81 steered RR to 202 for 4, securing a six-wicket win.
