A kidnapping alert was triggered on Tuesday, October 7, following the disappearance of a three-year-old girl in Alençon, Orne. The suspect, believed to be her father, fled in a white vehicle. Authorities urge the public to stay vigilant without intervening.

Three-year-old Khuslen, of Mongolian origin, was kidnapped on Monday evening around 9:40 p.m. in Alençon, Orne. Measuring 95 centimeters tall, with light brown skin, black eyes and hair, and a lock of hair on her forehead, she was wearing a gray outfit, a pacifier, and a Mickey plush toy at the time.

The suspect is identified as Enkhbold Enkhtavan, her presumed father, a 36-year-old man of Mongolian origin. "He measures 1.69 m, slim build, brown hair, black eyes, a large red spot on his neck. He was wearing a green sweater and sneakers," described the Ministry of Justice. He also has a tattoo from his chest to his shoulder blade with tribal motifs.

Enkhbold Enkhtavan reportedly fled in a white Peugeot 308 vehicle with license plate EY-361-LY. The kidnapping alert was activated the following day, Tuesday, October 7, to enlist public help in searching for the child.

Authorities emphasize: if you locate the child, do not intervene yourself. Call 197 immediately or email alerte-enlevement@interieur.gouv.fr. This protocol aims to ensure the girl's safety while enabling law enforcement intervention.
