The Sigma Dos poll for El Mundo gives the PSOE 26.1% of the vote if elections were held today. The right exceeds 50% and would secure an absolute majority with between 196 and 204 seats.
The poll, conducted between 6 and 20 July with 3,690 interviews, shows a drop of three tenths for the PSOE compared with June. The Socialists would obtain between 104 and 109 seats, their worst mark of the term.
The PP would reach 32.8% and between 138 and 143 seats, while Vox would rise to 17.3% and secure between 58 and 61 deputies. The combined right comfortably exceeds the 176-seat absolute majority threshold.
The percentage of undecided voters stands at record lows among supporters of all parties. The survey indicates that the left-wing bloc would be unable to renew the current government.
