Executive chef Chris Moseley described the moment: “We all saw all the lights on the line are off, equipment’s turned off. At that point it was all damage control. How are we going to cook without any exhaust or return air? It got about 125 degrees in there really rapidly.”
Everyone inside evacuated safely, with no injuries reported. The incident occurred just before Georgia Beer Day on Saturday, March 7, an annual event celebrating the state's craft beer community and supporting the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild.
