Lioness Season 3 to Premiere on Paramount+ August 2

Paramount+ has announced that Lioness will return for Season 3 on Sunday, August 2. The spy thriller stars Zoe Saldaña and Nicole Kidman.

The streamer confirmed the premiere date for the Taylor Sheridan-created series nearly two years after Season 2 ended in December 2024. Saldaña plays senior CIA case officer Joe, while Kidman portrays her boss Kaitlyn. Michael Kelly also returns as CIA deputy director of operations Byron Westfield. Season 3 continues on a global scale with the Lioness team deployed on its most personal assignment yet. The official description states that hidden networks, foreign operatives and personal betrayals collide as Joe walks the line between duty and home. Additional cast members include Morgan Freeman, Laysla De Oliveira, Dave Annable, Jill Wagner, LaMonica Garrett, James Jordan and Genesis Rodriguez. Paramount+ released first-look photos from the new season alongside the announcement.
