Misr Abu Dhabi for Real Estate Investments announced plans for an integrated hospitality project opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum. The development forms part of the company’s broader growth strategy. It will include a hotel along with retail and dining facilities.
Misr Abu Dhabi for Real Estate Investments held a press conference to present its strategy for managing real estate assets. The company said the project will be built in partnership with a leading investor.
The planned site sits directly across from the Grand Egyptian Museum. It is intended to feature a hotel, retail outlets, restaurants and cafés aimed at visitors to the museum.
Maged Salah El Din, chief executive of the company, stated that Egypt’s real estate sector offers opportunities for investors who can unlock value from existing assets. The firm’s portfolio covers residential, commercial, administrative, tourism and hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
The company also mentioned progress on its Blue Bay project in Ras Sedr, where the first phase has launched after renovation and work on the second phase is now being prepared.
