Prime Video has renewed the adult animated comedy Hazbin Hotel for a fifth and final season. The streamer announced the news on Saturday, confirming the series will conclude after that installment. Creator Vivienne Medrano expressed gratitude for the partnership.
Prime Video announced on Saturday that Hazbin Hotel, its popular adult animated series, will end with a fifth season. The decision brings the show to a close despite strong fan interest, as Season 3 has yet to premiere with no release date set. Vivienne Medrano, the creator and executive producer from SpindleHorse, shared her appreciation in a statement: “I'm so thankful for how Prime Video has championed our vision at SpindleHorse, and I'm grateful for their partnership and commitment to bringing 'Hazbin Hotel' to its epic conclusion. I'm so excited for fans to see how this story ends. ” Medrano added. The series centers on Charlie Morningstar, Hell's princess, who opens a hotel to rehabilitate demons and address overpopulation in her kingdom. Erika Henningsen voices Charlie, Stephanie Beatriz voices Vaggie as the hotel manager and Charlie's girlfriend, and Amir Talai voices the Radio Demon. Hazbin Hotel began with a Patreon-funded pilot on YouTube before debuting on Prime Video in January 2024. Season 2 arrived last October, building a dedicated audience ahead of future episodes.
