Record Store Day returns for its 19th edition on Saturday, April 18, 2026, to honor independent record shops and vinyl culture. The full list of exclusive releases, unveiled on February 4, 2026, includes a diverse array of one-off records, re-releases, and special editions available on a first-come, first-served basis at participating stores.
Highlights span multiple genres and eras. From the indie scene, Charli XCX's 'Party 4U' appears on a seven-inch single, while CMAT releases 'Diet Baby' on 12-inch vinyl. Muse offers a reissue of their first two pre-fame EPs, and Suede presents a live performance of 'Coming Up' at the BBC on pink vinyl. David Bowie contributes a 12-inch neon pink EP of 'Hallo Spaceboy' and a half-speed mastered selection from '1.OUTSIDE'. Blur marks the 30th anniversary of 'Live At The Budokan' with its first vinyl edition on red double LP, featuring 25 tracks recorded on November 8, 1995, at Tokyo's Budokan during their 'The Great Escape' tour. The set includes hits like 'Girls & Boys', 'Parklife', and 'The Universal', housed in a gatefold sleeve with exclusive photos by Paul Postle.
Classic rock dominates with Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band's 'Live From Asbury Park 2024', a five-LP or three-CD set capturing their Sea.Hear.Now Festival performance. Neil Young & the Chrome Hearts deliver 'The Live Album' on clear double vinyl with a lyric poster. Joni Mitchell's 1972 'For The Roses' uses her original artwork, vetoed by executives at the time. Def Leppard's 1996 'Slang' gets pink two-LP vinyl with B-sides curated by Joe Elliott. Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' 1978 Boston concert at Paradise Theater appears on pink and green splatter vinyl, while The Who's 1966 'A Quick One' expands to two-LP colored vinyl with extras. Robert Plant and Saving Grace contribute a new four-song EP, 'Saving Grace: All that Glitters with Suzi Dian'.
