Summarecon Bandung wins urban regeneration award from real estate asia

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk through Summarecon Bandung transformed the Gedebage area in eastern Bandung into an integrated city within 11 years. The project received the Urban Regeneration award from Real Estate Asia in 2026.

The development integrates residential, commercial, and infrastructure areas with a sustainable approach and green spaces. President Director of Summarecon Adrianto P. Adhi stated that this success strengthens the company's position as a world-class township developer.

The award was accepted by Executive Director of Summarecon Bandung Hindarko Hasan at the Real Estate Asia Built Environment Awards 2026 in Singapore on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Adrianto added that national and international awards affirm the commitment to creating an integrated city with long-term economic, social, and environmental impacts.

Hindarko Hasan said the award appreciates the balance between modern city progress and a sustainable environment. Facilities provided include Taman Sumringah, Summarecon Mall Bandung, Akses Tol Gedebage Padaleunyi, Whoosh, and Stasiun Kereta Cepat Tegalluar Summarecon with a pedestrian-friendly concept.
