Tennessee man convicted of killing brother and grandmother

A Tennessee man has been found guilty of murdering his young brother and grandmother in a 2022 hammer attack. Jordan Allen, now 20, was convicted on two counts of first-degree murder after a trial in Greene County.

The crimes took place in April 2022 at the family home in Greeneville. Allen was 16 when he killed 7-year-old Jessie Allen and 59-year-old Sherry Cole. Jurors began deliberating Friday morning and returned a unanimous guilty verdict just after 11 a.m., according to local reports from WJHL.
