Tesla marks 23 years with vehicle and AI milestones

Tesla shared a series of achievements on its 23rd anniversary. The company highlighted growth from its first electric sports car to millions of vehicles on roads worldwide.

The post noted more than 9 million vehicles now on the road. It also stated that the Model Y became the world's best-selling car of any kind three years after initial deliveries.

Tesla listed five Gigafactories and other manufacturing sites across three continents. Its charging network includes over 80,000 Superchargers globally.

Energy products include over 1 million Powerwalls installed. More than 70 gigawatt-hours of industrial energy storage operate across 2,200 projects worldwide.

The company added that it is now advancing AI through autonomy efforts and robotics initiatives.
