The TRNSMT Festival returns to Glasgow Green from Friday June 19 to Sunday June 21. Headliners include Richard Ashcroft, Kasabian and Lewis Capaldi. Organisers have adjusted schedules to accommodate Scotland's World Cup match.
This year's three-day event features additional acts such as Wolf Alice, CMAT, The Last Dinner Party, Sonny Fodera, English Teacher, Perrie, Loyle Carner, Big Special, NewDad, Jacob Alon and The Snuts. A very special secret set has also been teased.
Weather forecasts indicate mixed conditions. Friday brings thundery showers with temperatures from 11 to 18°C. Saturday offers light rain showers easing by evening, ranging from 9 to 18°C. Sunday is expected to have sunny intervals and temperatures between 13 and 20°C.
Set times have been adjusted for Scotland's World Cup game against Morocco at 11pm BST on Friday. Attendees may stay to watch the match on the largest screens in the country.
Kasabian frontman Serge Pizzorno said the band is rehearsing a full-on relentless set with surprises. He added that the summer offers an excuse to go insane.
