Spain's meteorological agency forecasts mostly clear skies on Saturday and a return of storms on Sunday in the Madrid region.
According to the Spanish State Meteorological Agency, Saturday will feature mostly clear skies for much of the day, although clouds may increase by midday. Winds will blow light and variable, with overnight lows between 3 and 6 degrees and possible light frost in high Sierra areas. Daytime highs will exceed 20 degrees, reaching 22 in Aranjuez.
Sunday will bring a return of instability, with storms likely during the morning in the Sierra and other parts of the region. Lows will rise to between 8 and 10 degrees while highs could reach 25 degrees, with light and variable winds again.
The agency notes that this gradual temperature rise will continue into next week and restore a spring-like context.
