Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath heard people's grievances during the Janata Darshan at Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on Thursday. He said, “The government is committed to ensuring that every eligible and needy person receives the benefits of welfare schemes and every issue is resolved effectively.” He met around 100 individuals, collected applications, and referred them to relevant administrative and police officials.
A woman raised a housing issue, and the Chief Minister assured her of a house under a government scheme. Those seeking financial assistance for serious illnesses were promised aid so no treatment would stop due to lack of funds. He directed officials to promptly prepare cost estimates for advanced medical treatment.
He also instructed police to take prompt and strict action on law enforcement matters. Children accompanying their mothers received chocolates from him, along with encouragement to study well. An official statement noted that all issues would be resolved impartially and satisfactorily in a time-bound manner.
