Iga Swiatek a battu Jessica Pegula 6-1, 6-2 mercredi à Rome pour s'assurer sa première apparition en demi-finale de la saison 2026. La numéro 3 mondiale a prolongé sa série de qualifications pour les demi-finales sur terre battue du circuit WTA à huit années consécutives.
