KIF Örebro opened the autumn season with a 2–1 away win against Gamla Uppsala SK Dam in Elitettan.
The team secured its fourth straight victory against the same opponent. The match ended 2–1 after KIF Örebro led 2–0 at halftime.
Julia Walentowicz commented afterward that much is different at the club compared to before. She said it is not the same KIF Örebro as earlier.
Before the summer break the team had won five matches in a row. The victory followed the same pattern as the end of the spring season.
