A man was shot at near a residential building on Elinelund east of Limhamn quarry on Sunday morning but was not hit. Police arrested a 30-year-old man with a pistol shortly afterwards. The case is being investigated as attempted murder.
Police were alerted at 09:57 on Sunday morning to reports of a shooting near a residential building on Elinelund, east of Limhamn quarry in Limhamn.
The targeted man was not struck by any bullets. Several patrols were dispatched to the area and quickly located a suspect matching the description. The man, a 30-year-old, was arrested on site with a pistol in his possession.
Police spokesperson Filip Annas stated: "We received the alert at 09:57 and dispatched several patrols. We quickly located a suspect matching the description who also had a pistol on him. He was arrested and is now suspected of attempted murder."
The investigation continues as attempted murder. No further details on the victim's condition or the suspect's background have been released.
