Necrofier dévoile la vidéo de 'Fires of the Apocalypse, Light My Path I' de Transcend Into Oblivion

Le groupe de black metal de Houston, Necrofier, a publié une vidéo musicale pour 'Fires of the Apocalypse, Light My Path I', le morceau d'ouverture de leur troisième album Transcend Into Oblivion, sorti maintenant via Metal Blade Records. Cela fait suite à leur single et vidéo précédents pour 'Fires of the Apocalypse, Light My Path III'. La narration en trois parties de l'album explore l'éveil, la lutte et la renaissance dans une 'nuit noire de l'âme' luciférienne.

Necrofier affine son black metal inspiré de l Scandinavie avec une intensité texane sur Transcend Into Oblivion, enregistré à Houston et mixé à Brooklyn. La vidéo met en lumière la première partie de la trilogie 'Fires of the Apocalypse' de l'album, dépeignant l'étincelle initiale de la transformation intérieure. Le chanteur/guitariste Bakka déclare : « Les nouveaux départs brûlent profondément dans l'âme. »L'album suit l'évolution du groupe depuis 2018. Il comprend des trilogies pour l'éveil ('Fires of the Apocalypse'), la lutte ('Servants of Darkness') et la renaissance ('Horns of Destruction'), reliées par des interludes.Necrofier a des concerts à venir : le 28 mars 2026 au White Oak Music Hall Lawn à Houston avec Acid Bath, Obituary et High On Fire ; le 16 mai au San Luis Metal Festival au Mexique ; et le 22 mai au Maryland Deathfest à Baltimore.
