New owners for villa in Skanör at 6.25 million kronor

The house, built in 1971 with 146 square meters of living space, was sold by Sandra Charlotte Torpling and Krasimir Alenov Gerasimov in January 2026. This marks the third sale of the property in seven years.

The deal was completed in January 2026, when Alice Olga Louise Tham and Carl Jörgen Hylén took over the chain house at Hans Sotares Gränd 6 in Skanör. The property, built in 1971, has a living area of 146 square meters. The sellers were Sandra Charlotte Torpling and Krasimir Alenov Gerasimov, and the purchase price was 6.25 million kronor.

This is the third time the property has changed hands in seven years. The first sale occurred in January 2021 for 4.85 million kronor, representing a 29 percent value increase. Less than a month ago, a nearby house at Karl Smeds Gränd 2, with 185 square meters of living space, sold for 7.05 million kronor.

Over the past twelve months, 30 houses have been sold within one kilometer of the property. The most expensive was Backavägen 3 for 17.49 million kronor. In the Skanör postal area, 64 homes have changed owners during the same period, at an average price of 52,296 kronor per square meter.

According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, villa prices in Vellinge municipality have risen by 2.8 percent over the last three months, while they have fallen by 2.5 percent in Skåne county. Over the past year, prices have increased by 1 percent in Vellinge and 1.1 percent in the county. The average price in Vellinge is 56,476 kronor per square meter, compared to 30,042 kronor across the county.

The five most expensive sales in Skanör over the past twelve months are: 1. Rådhusgatan 1 for 24 million kronor, 2. Östergatan 32 for 16.75 million kronor, 3. Skepparegatan 18 for 16.5 million kronor, 4. Västergatan 64 for 15 million kronor, and 5. Västergatan 25 for 13.575 million kronor.
