According to information circulating among journalists, President Prabowo departed from Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport in Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province, on the morning of Monday, 8 December 2025. He was accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya and flew on Garuda Indonesia-1 aircraft with registration PK-GIG. Before departing, Prabowo led the response to flood and landslide impacts in Aceh, including a cross-ministry coordination meeting on Sunday night (7/12), inspecting the bailey bridge construction in Teupin Mane, Bireuen Regency, and checking conditions at the refugee site in Pante Baro Village, Bireuen.
