Le fabricant d'épices Pushp Brand se prépare à déposer un projet de document pour une introduction en bourse d'un montant supérieur à 1 000 crore de roupies. L'entreprise basée à Indore, connue pour sa marque Pushp Masale, prévoit une combinaison d'émission d'actions nouvelles et d'offre de vente. ICICI Securities et IIFL Capital Services sont chargés de gérer l'opération.

La société préparerait son projet de prospectus (DRHP) en vue d'une soumission avant la fin du mois de mai. Cette initiative marquerait l'entrée de l'entreprise sur les marchés publics avec un objectif de levée de fonds important dépassant 1 000 crore de roupies.
