Un homme du Cap-Occidental condamné à cinq peines de prison à perpétuité pour des infractions sexuelles

La Haute Cour du Cap-Occidental a condamné un homme de 42 ans à cinq peines de prison à perpétuité ainsi qu'à 78 années supplémentaires de réclusion criminelle sans possibilité de libération conditionnelle pour de multiples infractions sexuelles sur des mineurs.

L'homme a été reconnu coupable d'infractions commises entre juillet et septembre 2022 sur des mineurs âgés de neuf à 18 ans. La porte-parole de la police, Ndakhe Gwala, a indiqué que l'accusé faisait face à cinq chefs d'accusation de viol, deux chefs d'accusation d'agression avec intention de causer des lésions corporelles graves, ainsi que pour pédopornographie, sollicitation d'enfants à des fins sexuelles et violation de la loi sur les films et les publications (Film and Publication Act). Le magistrat a déclaré l'individu dangereux et pédophile avant de prononcer la sentence.
