The Hesa Fredrik warning system did not function in several locations in Östergötland during Monday's test. The signal failed in Linköping, Norrköping, and Söderköping due to technical issues, according to the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). The agency is troubleshooting the problem with the system provider.
