The St. Louis Cardinals acquired right-handed reliever George Soriano from the Washington Nationals on Tuesday in exchange for right-hander Andre Granillo. Soriano, who was designated for assignment by the Nationals earlier this month, becomes the fourth team for the 26-year-old this offseason.
