Andri Syahputra Sudarmanto, the Aceh-born player who chose Qatar in 2017, has appeared only twice this season without scoring.
Andri Syahputra Sudarmanto was born in Lhokseumawe, Aceh, on 29 June 1999. He joined Al-Gharafa SC in 2017 and had loan spells at Muaither SC and Al-Khor.
In 2017 coach Indra Sjafri offered him a place in the Indonesia U-19 team. Andri chose to focus on his education and career in Qatar and later obtained Qatari citizenship.
This season Andri has played only two matches for Al-Gharafa SC without goals or assists. He has represented Qatar at U-19, U-20 and U-23 levels but has not reached the senior team.
