The BBC has revealed the star-studded cast for the second season of its hit reality show The Celebrity Traitors. Filming is underway at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands over the summer, hosted by Claudia Winkleman. The series returns later this year following season 1's massive success.
The Celebrity Traitors, which became the highest-rated show on British TV last year, is back for season 2. Season 1 debuted on BBC iPlayer and BBC One in October 2025, drawing an average audience of 14.9 million viewers and peaking at 15.4 million for the finale. Studio Lambert Scotland produces the show for BBC One and iPlayer, commissioned by Kalpna Patel-Knight, Head of Entertainment Commissioning for the BBC. Executive producers include Mike Cotton, Sarah Fay, Lewis Thurlow, and Katy Fox from All3Media-backed Studio Lambert. Commissioning editors are Neil McCallum and Michael Jochnowitz. The format originated from the Dutch De Verraders, created by IDTV with RTL Creative Unit, and All3Media International handles global sales.
