The blue dollar closed Wednesday, July 15, with a 10-peso increase. The official currency also rose after three sessions of declines.
The blue dollar traded at 1,510 pesos for purchase and 1,530 pesos for sale. The wholesale official currency operated at 1,474 pesos, three pesos above the previous close.
According to the Banco de la Nación Argentina board, the official dollar stood at 1,445 pesos for purchase and 1,495 pesos for sale. The market recalibrated exchange bands after the June inflation figure of 1.9 percent was released.
The MEP dollar closed at 1,508 pesos for purchase and 1,516.30 pesos for sale. The contado con liquidación traded at 1,561.30 pesos for purchase and 1,565.70 pesos for sale. The crypto dollar was exchanged at 1,563.25 pesos for purchase and 1,565.77 pesos for sale.
Country risk stood at 406 basis points. The card dollar was quoted at 1,943.50 pesos.
