Jakarta – Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya arrived at Pulo Gebang Integrated Bus Terminal around 2 a.m. local time, invited by Transport Minister (Menhub) Dudy Purwagandhi. Their visit monitored passenger activities and bus movements during the peak Lebaran 1447 Hijriah return flow on March 24-25, 2026. Seskab Teddy directly interacted with passengers to check their travel smoothness. He stated the return flow was running smoothly without significant obstacles. “This morning, just before 2 a.m., I was invited by Transport Minister Mr. Budy Purwagandhi to check Pulo Gebang Terminal,” Teddy told reporters at the site. According to him, passengers encountered reported relatively smooth journeys. “Alhamdulillah, we asked passengers directly earlier, alhamdulillah it was smooth and no significant issues along the way,” he added. Teddy noted minor congestions at rest areas and a few small accidents, but overall it met President Prabowo Subianto's expectations. He appreciated the cooperation between the Transport Ministry and police. Meanwhile, Transport Minister Dudy Purwagandhi predicted another peak in land transport return flow on March 28-29, with the first surge from travelers rushing back to work and the second from work-from-anywhere (WFA) policies.
