Five films from the Culpables franchise occupied half of Prime Video’s top 10 original movies chart for the week of June 15-21. Your Fault: London led the ranking after its recent release.
The English-language remake Your Fault: London debuted at number one. My Fault: London followed in third place, separated by Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War.
The three Spanish-language originals also ranked highly. Culpa Nuestra placed sixth, Culpa Mia seventh and Culpa Tuya ninth. The films star Nicole Wallace and Gabriel Guevara and are produced by Banijay’s Pokeepsie.
Author Mercedes Ron said the success has encouraged viewers to explore the original versions. The franchise has already surpassed 100 million viewers worldwide on the platform.
A third English-language film has been completed. Prime Video plans to release Together, the first adaptation from Ron’s Enfrentados series, on September 9.
