Vivian has a history of apparent deaths on the show. In 2018, she was shot during a struggle with Kate Roberts and revived via a serum linked to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf. In 2020, she faked a heart attack while in custody after attempting to shoot Lani Price at her wedding.
