DPWH orders executive reassignments amid ongoing retirements

Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon has reassigned several officials across the Department of Public Works and Highways to address vacancies from senior retirements.

The moves cover bureau, regional and district engineering offices. In Northern Mindanao, Virgie Nayve was named Officer-in-Charge regional director of Region 10, succeeding retired engineer Lilibeth Aparecio. Engineer Jehela Roxas took over as OIC assistant regional director for the same region.

On June 10, Dizon appointed engineer Maria Joanna Pajarillo as OIC assistant director of the Bureau of Quality and Safety after Mary Ann Suansing retired. Additional changes followed on June 18, with engineer Bobby Fodulla named OIC chief of the Quality Systems Analysis Division and engineer Dionisio Pascua Jr. as OIC chief of the Road Safety Program Division, replacing retired engineer Marites Reyes.

At the district level, Rochel Hermano became OIC district engineer of the Palawan 2nd District Engineering Office in the MIMAROPA region following the retirement of engineer Noel Fuentebella.
