Emergency services received a drowning report in Venjanssjön near Bergvägen in Mora municipality at 16:20 on Sunday. A person was later reported out of the water and conscious.
SOS Alarm stated shortly before 17:00 that the person had been taken out of the water. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene.
The person was awake and able to speak according to reports from Mora Tidning. The alarm originated from the area by Venjanssjön in Mora municipality.
