Hani attended the press conference for the KBS2 drama Love on the Menu on July 22 in KST. She expressed regret over the situation involving her fiancé, psychiatrist Yang Jae Woong, while noting her discomfort with discussing private matters at a professional event.
"To be honest, I feel hesitant to discuss my personal life here. So many people have put in such great effort and heart into filming this project. My biggest hope is not to cause any harm to that hard work," Hani said.
Yang faced controversy in 2024 after a patient's death at his clinic, which led to the business closing and the couple's wedding being postponed indefinitely. When pressed on her current relationship status, Hani asked for understanding without providing specifics.
Speculation continues that she remains engaged, based on her responses separating personal and professional matters.
