Holy Cross women's basketball opens Patriot League play at Bucknell

The Holy Cross Crusaders women's basketball team heads to Bucknell for their Patriot League opener on December 31, riding momentum from three straight non-conference wins. The Crusaders have taken seven straight meetings and hold a 54-26 all-time edge.

Bucknell comes off a 102-26 blowout of Division III Gwynedd Mercy on December 20, its first 100-point game since 2002 and first win in five tries. Tuana Coskun tied a program record with eight threes for 33 points, while Isabella Casey had a career-high 17. Coskun averages 12.4 points per game, Reese Zemaitis 11.6, and Casey leads in rebounds at 4.4. The Bison rank second in the league defensively, allowing 57.5 points per game and 65 or fewer in nine straight.
