LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, and KATSEYE secure first win on M Countdown

LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, and KATSEYE claimed their debut music show trophy together for the collab track “ICONIC BY MISTAKE” during the June 25 episode of M Countdown. The group beat out RIIZE’s “Do your dance” after tallying 6,654 points.

The win marks the first music show victory for the three acts on their joint single. According to a source close to the agency, the members were over the moon after the announcement aired live.

The June 25 broadcast also featured performances from RIIZE, STAYC, BOYNEXTDOOR, and several other acts including EVAN and Super Junior’s Ryeowook. The trophy presentation highlighted the collab’s strong fan support.

Fans immediately flooded social media with stan reactions celebrating the milestone. The groups are expected to continue promotions for the track in the coming weeks.

K-pop girl group Le Sserafim will release its second studio album, "Pureflow pt. 1," next month, the group and its agency Source Music announced on April 13. The album is set for May 22 at 1 p.m. Korean time through major online music services, following the lead single "Celebration" on April 24.
