The case stems from criminal acts recorded in February 2024 in the municipality of Palermo, Huila department. The court order ensures compliance with the imposed sentence. Colonel Héctor Jairo Betancur Rojas, commander of the Neiva Metropolitan Police, stated: “With this result, we continue advancing in the judicialization of criminal actors who affect citizen security.
